The site offers general information about roofs, costs, permits and Georgia consumer law, plus a form that passes your request to one independent local roofer. It is not a roofing contractor. It doesn't inspect roofs, prepare estimates, set prices, sign contracts or take part in insurance claims. Any estimate, contract, warranty or work comes from the roofer, and any agreement you make is between you and that roofer alone.

The cost calculator, quiz and cost figures give planning ranges and general guidance, not quotes or bids. Information on the site may change or contain mistakes, and it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, this site is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, from a roofer's estimate or work, or from decisions you make based on its content. Check a roofer's business license, certificate of insurance and contract yourself before hiring.

You agree to send only accurate information about a property you own or have permission to act for, and not to misuse the forms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Updates are posted on this page.
